FAQ
How should I care for the pieces?
Glass is an incredibly durable material. Still, some glass beads have finishes that can wear off if stressed. Keep that in mind and try to avoid scratching or getting cosmetic products on beads. If your jewelry gets wet, wipe it with a soft, clean cloth and allow it to dry naturally on a flat surface. Do not use cleaning detergents or other aggressive substances. Never put your jewelry in the washing machine.
It is best to keep each piece in a separate box or envelope so it won’t be scratched or tangled with anything.
It is better not to twist necklaces and bracelets unnecessarily. Although I use a strong thread designed specifically for beading, it can still snap. The best way to store them is either laid out flat or rolled (not folded).
How long does it take to make?
My process is very deliberate and slow. I usually work on each piece over several days.
Making a beaded necklace usually takes over 8 hours.
Pieces embroidered with beads take over 4 hours, depending on size and complexity.
Simpler pieces, such as earrings or single-threaded chains, take less time, which is reflected in their price.
Do you take custom orders?
That depends on what you have in mind. Drop me a message, and we'll discuss it!
